Slave's "Juicy-O'' and George Clinton's "Do Fries Go With That Shake?" I was listening to them both recently and realised they sound very similar.
However, the choruses are not too similar. If I am not mistaken, the Slave song was released a number of years before. Which do you prefer? Are there are any other songs in a similar style? Also, there was a live version of "Do Fries Go With That Shake?" on youtube a while ago that I liked very much, but it has been removed since. If anyone could send me a link to it I would be grateful. [Edited 3/5/10 8:39am]

Close.....but no.
GC's "Fries" was from 1986's "R & B Skeletons In The Closet" Slave's "Juicy-O" was from their 1987 album "Make Believe". Funk Is It's Own Reward

"Fries" is my favorite Clinton song. Love the music video!

Little irony....Slave was founded by (among several) Steve Washington.....
Although he was long gone from Slave by 1987... He's playin bass on "Fries", if I'm not mistaken. (also "Pleasures Of Exhaustion" & "Hey Good Lookin", too I think....all BADASS jams) Funk Is It's Own Reward
