Sade Tour Requests She has confirmed the upcoming tour (not actual dates yet, that I know of), now here's what I want to see:
1) Maureen 2) In Another Time (easily the best song on the new album) 3) Bullet Proof Soul 4) Clean Heart (all-time favorite Sade song) 5) I Couldn't Love You More If I Tried We'll probably get #2 for sure...I'd sure be happy to get one or two of these others in addition...especially "Clean Heart." They, they performed Tar Baby during their LoveDeluxe tour and damn it was one of the craziest encores I have ever been a part of. I was in the second level, people were leaving the stadium and they walked out. Half the people didn't notice them walk out because the stadium left the lights on. Somehow, in the people stampede, I ended up smack dab in front of Sade, squished with a friend in the front of the stage.  They finished the song with a half full stadium and walked off with no fanfare. It was one of the most intimate and electrifying concert moments of my life. Pure. Music. Bliss.Space for sale... | |

I'd love it if Sade performed "Maureen" as well. Love that song.
I would also like to see her perform the following: -Cherish The Day -Kiss Of Life -Frankie's First Affair -By Your Side -Your Love Is King -Jezebel -Smooth Operator -Morning Bird -Pearls -Paradise -Sweetest Taboo -Sally -Soldier of Love -No Ordinary Love There's more i'd like to hear, but I realize that she can't perform all her material. I don't really care so much about the set list though 'cause I've never seen Sade live. I'm really looking forward to seeing her in concert for the first time. Can't wait 'til tickets go on sale. "Maureen" and "When Am I Gonna Make A Living" would be nice. She can sing Old Man River for two hours and I'd still pay full price to hear her. I luv her voice. | |
