Absolutely. Even the songs that I consider mediocre are still pretty good. I don't think there's a bad one on there really.

I hear and hear about them, but have never listened to them. I want to, but just never have.

This is my fav KOL diddy of the moment. Warm and fuzzy it is. Just close your eyes a listen. Or open them cuz Anthony is too cute. This reminds me of something Prince has done but I can't quite put my finger on what song or combo of songs this could be compared to.

It's strange, i really like his voice and think it's sexy the way he sings...but i can't listen to it for too long, after 2 or 3 songs i've had enough confused

Most Kings of Leon fans seem to feel their previous albums are better than the latest one. You might be better off checking out that stuff. Personally I love Only By The Night.

I did a thread on them last week.... http://prince.org/msg/8/329461

I love this band. smile
The first song I remember by them is "Molly's Chambers" from their first album Youth and Young Manhood way back in 2003:

But the song that got me really hooked to their stuff is "On Call" from 2007's Because of the Times:

I can recommend Because of the Times and Only By The Night, good albums both of them.

I like them cool Nothing particularly original about them, but they've got some good tunes. My sister is in love w/ the lead singer.

thanks for the vid. I was right where EmeraldSkies was at with this band. I know they have had 2 albums prior, but didn't start listening to them until i heard "use somebody" and "sex on fire". Really like there sound alot!
I read a cool story that they are all brothers and named their band after their dad who is named Leon. It kinda made me like the band a little more after i heard that.

They're better than bands like Nickelback, Lifehouse and Creed certainly, but not by all that much.

So over the wounded, sensitive power-rockers.

I think they are much much better than those other bands, personally. I loathe Nickelback, Lifehouse, Creed, Daughtry, etc.. Every song they do sounds identical to me.

I really like this album (and the one that proceeds it).

Revelry is my favourite song on the album
(Little Richard enters the stage)
Homer: Purple Rain!!
Little Richard: Shut up!
Homer (to Marge): Oh my God, Michael Jackson just told me to shut up!
