Madonna-Get Together

I know this was released as a single, but I can't figure out why it didn't do better? Oh well, great song either way. I love "Get Together" music. It's definitely one of my most played Madonna songs. The whole "Confessions On A Dancefloor" album is awesome.

"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ heart

"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always heart

Indeed. This song is a lot of fun to dance too. It has a futuristic vibe but I always think of being in a 70's roller rink for some reason whenever I hear this song lol. I have no idea why.

My favorite part is around 3:23 minutes into the song, when the beat comes back in as Madonna sings "I'll...make you feel better",the synths get louder and then the whole thing just explodes! That part is orgasmic, lol.

It was the 3rd single and it didn't have a "proper" video. I think it's a nice song but I find it kinda overrated, the production has been done by so many European dance acts including Daft Punk that it doesn't feel anything special.

The live version is cool with the ad libs at the end.

Probably my favourite song from the last decade by M. Could listen to this all day. Never could hear the daft punk/stardust connection.

Not one of my favourites although it has grown a bit on me since 2005 (mainly because of the Confessions Tour performance)

No,"Get Together" was the third single."Jump" was the fourth and final single from the album.

I was very impressed with the four singles that were chosen. This is one of the few times when Warners chose all the right singles from a Madonna album.

Get Together is the JUMP. I fell in love with this tune as soon as the first verse came on.

This song brings back alot of good memories of the Confessions Tour, which I saw twice. In this live performance, check out the two dancers that come onstage around 2:23.These guys are cousins. They were hanging out in front of the arena before the show.I was chatting with them for awhile, they are cool guys.I was thinking "Wow,here I am talking to these guys and in a few hours, they're gonna be onstage with the Queen of Pop",lol.
