MTUME !! Finally they are releasing the first album on CD (Japan of course).
I think this was his best. Im excited to finally get a chance to get this!! Love this slow jam with the Mighty T on vocals. Perfect for cruising to the beach with the top down. Lets get funky! Dont you want to be free!! We gonna come on with the come on, gonna get down with the get down! | |

Oh man...
This takes me back! I remember getting detention for singing "Juicy Fruit" in band class... "I can be your lollipop- you can lick me anywhere..." 
When I was about 20, I was dating a guy who was friends with Mtume's son. A couple of years ago, Mtume's granddaughter graduated from the high school where I teach. I told her I used to hang out with her uncle backinthaday... 
Tawatha used to come into the store where I worked a lot. (same one as that Houston chick  )
