Aside from the original, I love this version. I hear allot of her sister in Kenya. Incidently, this song was intended for George Benson.

I don't know, if he passed on it. But, I remember listening to an interview with Lee a few years ago and he said that it was intended for George Benson.

Does anybody remember the song "Dream Walking" also by Lee Ritenour (I'm sure that SoulAlive does). Think that song was released after "Is It You", if memory serves me correctly.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

biggrin That was my favorite! --It was on Lee Ritenour's Rit 2 album...vocalist Eric Tagg also did his own version , but I loved what he did on Rit's album much better ---different arrangement....

Do you remember the incredible album 'RIT2?'
The only Ritenour album I ever owned.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

I LOVE this song cool

When I heard the original, I thought "I wonder if Stevie contributed to this"
"We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
