Xscape

The new Michael Jackson song is now available on Kazaa. It's not bad at all actually imho.

It's funny hearing Prince's number one 80's rival (for whatever unjust reason) is also starting to sing about the recording industry.

Could this be the start of Michael's emancipation?

I don't think an album is planned yet. It's not even clear under what terms and/or contract this song was recorded.

With all the problems MJ has nowadays with the people at Sony, couldn't it be possible if MJ is trying to get rid of his ties with that record company? According to news sources he is due on more album and then the contract is fulfilled.

Xscape may be slated for the last album for Sony, or it may well be an independent internet single. (Or is a commercial release planned?...) The latter may explain why it's on the net and not on the radio...

Rumored too be on the "Matrix"2 Soundtrack.it may or may not make it on the New greatest Hits Set which is the last Regular Album that MJ owes SOny.MJ already has a Album in the Can for His Next Project but dude tends too keep cutting tracks&never being satisfied with what He has done fully.time shall tell but word is that MJ will do this on His own&He wants full control.

According to a recent article in Sister To Sister magazine,Michael has formed a new record company called NeverLand Records, and it will be distributed by Clive Davis' label (J Records).Michael is planning to let Rodney Jerkins be the man in charge of the label.I also heard that Quincy Jones will be a part of it.I don't know how much of this news is true.

The magazine asked Rodney about this rumor, and he said that he hadn't been asked by Michael yet. But,he said that he would definitely be interested.

Rodeny used to be the boom-diggity back in the day when he produced "Never Say Never", Whitney, Mary J Blige BUT after 2000 he became more POP and started 2 ass licking pop groups like BSB, Spice Girls, 98 degree and his production is becoming less funkier.
