Not meaning to sound like a snob but we are talking about two SINGING groups. Just based upon their trade they both got RECORDING CONTRACTS. We know them because of their ALBUMS, yet people are choosing TLC because of how they LOOK? Please someone explain to me what I am missing. Though I know it's the reality of things, but judging a SINGER by how they look has always bugged me. Judging a vocalist by how well they dance or their fashion sense has just made me sick at times. If SWV and TLC were modeling teams, then of course, but they are SINGERS/MUSICIANS.
In terms of talent which is what their "fame" is supposed to be attributed to, there is no question SWV wins this hands down. I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin. | |
