I'm scared of all of you. Cry me a River is an absolutely ridiculous song. It is so cheesy.

What's happening around here? Sorry, but that's just my opinion...

What stops me from liking this song is that it sounds too much like Ginuwine's style, which makes Justin a rip off, what the heck was Timbaland thinking? For those who don't know, Ginuwine's '100% Ginuwine' is a NICE CD...

I must say that Justin is the best Micheal Jackson rip off artist yet.

again some dumbass talks about ripping off; if that's the case mike ripped off james brown and fred astaire, prince ripped off jimi hendrix and james brown, etc. being (strongly) influenced and not denying it isn't the same as ripping off, remember that, remember that..

about the album; only heard a couple of tunes from 'justified', but i absolutely loved them. 'senorita' is just the shit, same as 'like i love you', cry me a river' and 'still in my brain'. 'rock your body' is cool, but not as cool as everybody's making it out to be imo.

I think the Justin is ok. I have no beef with him or what he's doing. I guess you missed that part of my post.rolleyes But the fact of the matter is that on "Cry Me A River" he does a vocal run that is a MJ trade mark. stfu jackass.

Now y'all relaized that Justin is more than just a pretty boy! LOL! I have his cd on my computer and I loved it.

I think I am the only one that does not think about MJ when I listen to Justified.

Justin did a great job with the cds. He only had two produicers, not 90, and he really worked hard on that cd.

If you ever seen the MTV show "Launch Justin Timberlake" it goes behind the scences on how he did the cd and the thing that you guys will notice is that, everytime he did a song with Timbaland, Tim response would be, "Yeah, you doing Michael, yeah, that's Michael". I want to know what is up with that?

There is no secret that Justin (who I just adore) is trying to have this hip hop image. He is a momma's boy, what momma's boy you know really acts like that? Justin image is so fake.

I kinda have to agree with Mistermaxx here when he said that Justin is polished. Yeah, he is.

Justin is not the best MJ impersonator, it is Usher. That guy (who i also adore) wants to be like Mike. He doesn't say it, but he def shows it.

Justin's cd to me, is one of the best cds of 2002, considering the fact that when you have artsits Like Ashanti and Nelly all up in your face, Justified is an excape.

CA's cd I wouldn't get. Great voice but bad image. I don't understand how she would go from wearing clothes to looking like a ho in three years. It makes no sense to me.

Finally, hell, I don't care if Justin or Usher "rip off" Mike. Mike basically wanted it that to happen, when you really think about it. Hell, Mike did the same thing when he was a kid, he "rip off" James Brown and Fred Astire, all of those great dancers/singers. It is not new, people hev been "ripping off" Mike for some 20 years.

"Cry Me a River" is my jam right now. But I think it has more to do with Tim's production than the vocals, which could have gone to anyone as far as I'm concerned. Still, if I hear one more release from Justified that I like, I may have to break my ban on boybands-and-their-spinoffs and cop this.

And as far as the album being filled with songs MJ rejected... umm, maybe MJ should have kept those songs... may have made Invincible more invincible.

how do you know that they are 'invincible' rejects? i absolutely doubt it. where have you heard that mike was working with the neptunes and timbaland during the making of 'invincible'. the neptunes were just peaking when mike was finishing the album if i'm not mistaken. as for timbaland, i haven't heard him or the mj camp talk about a possible collabo between the two.

The songs that the Neptunes gave to Justin were indeed "rejects" from Michael's 'Invincible' album. This is confirmed in the new issue of Vibe magazine with Justin on the cover.

Oh,and Michael also worked with Timbalind and Missy on a song for 'Invincible'.You would be surprised at all the song that were recorded and then rejected.

thanks davideye, but why would mike reject a song like 'cry me a river' or 'like i love you'? they're far better than 1/2 of 'invincible'!

I Got MJ Sources&I know about 90% of the People that MJ was working with.that track that Babyface did with the Neptunes was suppose too be for MJ as well.nothing with MJ working with Timberland.when it comes too Mike's Music I got some strong sources don't doubt Me.

For the last time, Cry me a River is cheesy suck-ass kid's pop. And the production is what makes it suck.

However, Like I love You is pretty good.

Neither are nearly as good as the best 5 songs on Invincible, but since they're performed by Justin Timberlake, of course they are more popular.

People need to use common sense...

But would those same songs have been a hit if MJ had recorded them? MJ's image is so bad in the public eye right now that a lot of people just think of him as a freak.

MJ tried to hook up with the younger generation of pop singers by making guest appearances with them and inviting them to his special. Then the young 'uns took what they learned from him and left him in the dust on their way to the top.
