Not one good one in the entire list. Not even one. I'm not surprised though because I lived through the horrible decade. Andy is a four letter word.

wtf? Because in this horrible day and age, even country is better than R&B. Andy is a four letter word.

I'm pretty certain you're ok with: Michael Jackson U2 and I vaguely recall you posting that you purchased a metallica album two or three years back, so I'm guessing they'd make the cut too. #4 is tough to pin down. I'm going to guess that it's Johnny Cash. I know you have no warm feelings for country music (nuts to you - country music is one of my favourite artforms), but Cash is one of those universally admired performers that usually gets a pass from country haters. Am I close?

Am I close? Metallica would be correct if it was for their music pre-2000. But I think they've been pretty terrible this decade, so they were part of my "puke" list for the 00s. The other 2 artists are OutKast and... Johnny Cash! Looking through it, however, I wouldn't puke for Jay Z either, so it's actually 5. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Aren't most of those sales stemming from the first years of the decade anyway? That sort of explains the pukeworthiness, as it was exactly the worst offenders of the bunch during those years that were in fact selling huge amounts of albums. It was only a few years later that the average teenager learned to use p2p -programs. Ultimately everything got messed up by youtube and music blogs at the end of the dacace - not that I'd care whether or not Mariah Carey can really afford to build a second swimming pool for her mansion.
I agree it's pretty funny not to see Beyonce at all on the list with the claims of her total album sales (in fact, I can't remember which "e" had the diacritic on top of it )
