a-ha "ending on a high note" 2010 Farewell Tour shows being lined up...(official dates so far added) With a-ha still on their sold out 2009 3 month tour of Norway,Germany,the UK, and Russia still going strong, the plans are already being made and finalized and shows being put on sale. To date a-ha will close the final tour in 2010 in decmeber with 3 shows in Norway, at first this was to be only one show, but now has grown to 3, still could be more. Geramany got its dates (17 total), these dates will be in May,June,July and then a long run in October. Dates for South America,Canada,The USA and the UK have to be set. But rumour is that South America will get 3-4 weeks of shows. Canada and the USA will get 1-2 weeks, most likely NYC will be the only a-ha stop, perhaps a run at the Beacon Theater which has been rumoured and looked at at this point. a-ha will not do clubs, its stage show for this event includes 3-5 giant video screens which at one point split the band into its own camera angle, i have seen this YouTube footage and it clearly is superior to past tours and tours by other big name bands. a-ha has been playing 17-24 song setlists so far, playing songs from 7 of their 9 studio albums. Set lists will change for each country depending on what has been released there and the fan base and what they know.
