1. no songs about the struggles of fame
2. no rhymes with "hesitaton/celebration". leave those words out altogether.

in an interview i heard in recent months, Madonna said she was still interested in exploring electronica music. hmmm i love electronica but would love her to keep it to a track or two. keep it more organic overall. i love the fact that she doesn't like looking back on what she's already done. that being said, there's not an album or song she's done that i don't like. even 4 Minutes...because i prefer the version where his 'vocals' have been removed!
never underestimate this woman. she's been written off since day one and to this day NOBODY can keep up with her.

one small little request MADONNA...could you possibly do a duet with KYLIE or George Michael? heck, make it a trio. no pressure..just throwing that out there. thanks.

I totally agree. I had the same idea for her to do some rock tracks mixed with ballads. Kind of a hard soft thing. She often says she likes duality. I love Confessions, but I think she has overdosed on just the dance thing.
Pharrell is a definite no. I don't think the R&B style works for her. I think she needs to get away from just the 80's Madonna sound. Some of my favorite records by her were in the 90's.

I think a rock influenced direction could work and wouldn't necessarily divide her fan base as long as it's not too heavy and hard, but still retains a sense of melody. It wouldn't work to do some kind of heavy metal or punk thing, but good organic songs with electric guitars and live drums could work great.

I agree with you about Beyonce! She has a new single every other week. It is too much. I think Madonna has it just right. You don't have to wait forever but she does go away for awhile. I think every 2 to 3 years is the perfect time between albums. There is usually a lot of press when her album first comes out, but then it dies down. Right now it's really boring in Madonnaland and forums, but I'm sure she will come back with something great soon.
