This is in my Top 10 favorite songs of all-time. Awesome song despite that fact that R. Kelly wrote it. From stories that I'd heard, R. Kelly was extremely surprised and blown away with what Maxwell did for this song because it sounded nothing like this initially.

I think what was so ironic about this song was that it had NOTHING to do with the Life movie but it was on the soundtrack...

It came out in '99. I still love this song. R. Kelly really outdid himself with this.

Unfortunately, my copy of "Now" doesn't include this. I got the song later on.

The first pressings of that album which came out in 2001 included this as a bonus cut.

The single itself came out in 1999 and was the #1 R&B song that year.

Now 10 years later "Pretty Wings" is destined to be the #1 R&B song of 2009.
