Beyonce stage dives and crowd surfs in London (Video) I figured since everybody here loves her so much. You all might get a kick out of this.

This is all orchestrated before the show, this is hardly ever done as an impulse with someone of that stature. Because quite honestly the artist and venue could be sued first and foremost.
