I think this guy has a lot of nerve calling Bey out to be stupid. Whatever he learned, he learned under the teachings of someone else and he should show a little more respect and patience toward her and not call her out publicly like that. It wreaks of ignorance and lacks manners and maturity, which I presume is par for the course when Arab men have to deal with western women. My point, which you obviously missed not once but several times, was that this guy was wrong for saying Bey was stupid and didn't want to "understand". He knows nothing of her level of intelligence and whatever she didn't want to understand as he put it, could have resulted from his inability to teach, inaccuracies in his teachings (my vote) and his total disrespect of her (probably as a woman/entertainer from america). Hell, maybe he gave off a vibe that wreaked of condescension and that's why she seemed to ignore him which he took as stupidity on her part.

Lastly, if you feel that any topics dealing with Egypt ultimately turn into race topics then why do you bother showing up and posting? Seems you are feeding into the very thing you have a problem with.

Sure you can pick up a book (when you become an adult) but from pre-school on to the twelth grade one might not receive an accurate account of the world's civilizations and how they came to be.
