that debut album, i still play. it's a very strong record and
her songs are strong, if at times a bit repetitive and boring. it's a nice album to listen to all the way through tho, when i'm working on the computer. her later albums, i've got them, but i hardly ever listened to them after the initial spin. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Exactly. I want to dig her, I just grew tired of her shtick. Oddly enough, though I think she is supposed to be inspirational, I found her a bit depressing. Something about her doesn't seem authentic to me, I can't connect her with her messages and that feels sad. | |

After the debut album, I couldn't get into the second because it was missing something that made the first one stand out. But the third album, Testimony Volume 1, was her best album to me.
