Janet Jackson taps Michael, Nelly for Number Ones collection

Picking up where "Design of a Decade (1995)" left off, Janet Jackson will release a jam packed double disc set of her greatest hits this November.

In addition to classics like "Rhythm Nation" and "That's The Way Love Goes," Jackson's collection will include collaborations with Nelly (Call on Me), Busta Rhymes (What's It Gonna Be?) and late brother Michael Jackson ('Scream').

Titled "Number Ones," the double disc set will also feature Q-Tip, Blackstreet and Joni Mitchell.

News of Jackson's tracklisting (below) follows the release of her first new piece of music, titled "Make Me," in September.

I hear that. And yet we're all gonna be made to sit through Call On Me again. I swear ive never made it all the way through that rubbish.

I love Go Deep, but not at the expense of the amazing Rock Wit U. Hell I though even Luv was alot better than some of the included tracks. Also is Diamonds really necessary - particularly when there's no Young Love, or Say You Do!

On the whole though its a strong set, and they've mostly chosen well.

Also why 'runaway'? It was specifically done for DOAD - it's like Madonna putting 'rescue me' on Celebration.

Yeah, that's normal for them to include other charts, and sometimes songs that aren't even singles/don't chart to pad out an album of number 1's.

Good setlist though. I guess if I had to pick some tracks that weren't number ones I'd go with Don't Stand Another Chance and My Baby with Kanye West (the only track I enjoyed from Damita Jo).

Wasn't that pic from an album or dvd insert? Was it the All For You Concert DVD insert? Except with that one, you saw her bikini-clad bottom half. It looked similiar to a Victoria Secret ad. I know I'm not crazy. They obviously seemed to have focused on the upper half of that shot.

I hear it's just called "Best" in the UK since she doesn't actually have any #1s, although Mariah still had her #1s album and she'd only ever had one lone chart topper at the time.

I don't like the cover. It looks like one of those cheap mid-price compilations made up of part hits and part obscure album tracks.
