Actually I think some of this videos are more honest and less calculated then MJ videos, there's a reason why campy, ketchy is back. To made a fair example, MJ videos like Bad and Smooth Criminal are over the top cheesy compare to this videos, MJ put millions of dollars on videos that work as a children fantasy games but they don't say anything. Sweet Dreams is avery cool surreal video about technology and identity. You should read books about music video history, money isn't everything. "I have so much love for Prince. That second video is from Barble (also the alter-ego of Alexander Bard), the group that would later be known as The Army Of Lovers in the 1990's. AOLs would have far more campy videos later on in their career, but Barbie Around The World was a starting point. | |
