I like Glitter, its much better than Rainbow, and Charmbraclet, and pisses all over the last 2 records. I love that description of it being her voices last stand, haha. That said it was also where the whispering started to take over though....
I guess the problem is that it doesnt have highly commercial tracks on it, in terms of single potential. Loverboy is a poor effort IMO, as it relies on the 'Candy' sample for an hook without building on that. She also lokoed totally insane in the video.....dont think that helped.
