First of all, whether Kanye was right or not is not the issue. And wtf is wrong with being a "kiss ass"? It's called being respectful of other artists.

Well hell, anybody could have gotten away with shitting on George Bush because he was very hated at the time because of Hurricane Katrina. And what he said about Bush was true.
