The guitar riff sounds like something by 50's era the Shadows or John Barry LOL. Odd, and quite hypnotic.

Wasn't this produced by Foster Sylvers?

Ooh....Michael Jackson never sang or recorded falsetto - according to Quincy Jones.

tricky2

it was this song that made me a fan of Janet! "Say You Do" and "Young Love" were too bubblegum for me at the time, even though I was a year younger than Jan.

I met Leon Sylvers at a industry party in 1987. It was "A Night To Remember."
(shalamar) lol
Someone introduced us and we just hit it off immediately. He was impressed about my vast knowledge of his work and we talked for about an hour. Maybe he liked talking about himself, nonetheless, the stories and conversation were very intriging.

I mentioned how much I like Foster's production on this song. A very animated Leon agreed with me and told how he was encouraging Foster to do more. Leon also loved the song.

Janet has always been downright gorgeous. I love both songs. Janet has a great voice. She sounds like an Angel.
