Mariah- Emancipation of Mimi. Nothing out of the world here. Just Mariah with her rapper friends.
Don't get me wrong, I like this album, but I never thought Rhythm Nation was one of the greatest albums in music. Control and Janet are far superior. Janet- Rhythm Nation [Edited 9/10/09 17:32pm] Madonna-Ray of Light A good album, but not THAT amazing. [Edited 9/10/09 17:33pm] [Edited 9/10/09 17:34pm]

I forgot The Emancipation of Mimi. As a former lamb I was happy for her success and return given everything she went through but I didn't like that album. It just isn't the same since her voice has deteriorated so much.

Control has a couple duds and janet. is nearly half filler! Rhythm Nation 1814 is Janet at her best. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Oh, I love Control too. janet. suffered from being overlong, in my opinion. It's when the interludes started to become too weighty. I would have loved an album like this: That's the Way Love Goes You Want This If This Time Throb Because of Love Again Where Are You Now Any Time, Any Place Whoops Now Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! I agree completely, Nevermind rightfully deserves a place as one of the great albums of the 90s, but to me In Utero and it's rawness is the better album overall. * * *

I love OutKast, don't get me wrong. I actually fell like the album itself was a bit underrated as a whole because it should have dropped more hits, but I feel it was overrated based on all the hype it did receive off of 1 single from each side (if you catch my meaning). I feel Prototype is a better song than Hey Ya. Also I feel their previous albums were just stronger in general.

That simple it is. Then enjoy your exclusive club of like-minded, self-congratulating musical illuminati. I'm amazed at anybody who could be one-dimensional when it comes to their taste in ANYTHING whats the point of enjoying life if you can't have a lil' variety? Then again, some people are happier dwelling on repetition and put it instead on a high caliber How could such a versatile artist attract people with SO limited, close-minded & snobbish view on musicianship to this site is so beyond me.

This to be is their best CD by far, especially, Andre's side. All of the previous efforts pale in comparison to this....
