NO BS PLEASE - What are the classic albums of this decade?

Please, no Janet Jackson, Mariah, etc..... I want ICONIC, LEGENDARY, PROVOKING, AMAZING.

I have missed out on so much music this decade. Maybe not considering the state of music today.

What are the classic albums of the 00s? And before anyone drop the techinical bomb that the decade aint over, I. KNOW. AND. DON'T. CARE! I want to do the thread now lol

Yeah, no Usher! lol Pretty much I expect no pop music to be on this thread! mad Most pop is cookie cutter, same production, nothing innovative. I welcome a pop album if it'll make me grow double Ds but otherwise, N.O exclaim

lol

I would recommend several, but they're probably already ones you know and love by Bjork, Tori, PJ and Me'shell.

sales and decency have no place in this thread. everyone wants crap, that is clear. An album described as decent doesn't sound like ICONIC, LEGENDARY, PROVOKING or AMAZING! lol

You do have a point, but I consider Confessions and 8701 good albums. I just don't know about "classic".

If I had to come up with my own list, it would have:

Prince - The Rainbow Children
Alicia Keys - The Diary of Alicia Keys
Outkast - Speakerboxx/The Love Below
Outkast - Stankonia
Green Day - American Idiot
Raphael Saadiq - The Way I See It
Evolution of Robin Thicke

I don't know why, but I just don't like this album. I have tried and tried and cannot get into it. The cd still smells new.

the most common complaint I hear about this is the unconventional structure of the stongs. I think that's what makes it a classic.

Even though this proves true love is pretty much a farce, it's an amazing song nonetheless clapping
