Todd Rundgren Mix for Anxiety  Taking the cue from Anxiety's request for a Todd Rundgren mix and carlcranshaw's excellent start... Open My Eyes (The Nazz) We Gotta Get You A Woman Hello It's Me Can We Still Be Friends I Saw The Light Love Is The Answer Rock And Roll P**** It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference Manup Just One Victory Real Man Determination Hurting For You If That's The Way You Feel (The Nazz) Back Of Your Mind (The Nazz) When I Get My Plane (The Nazz) Is It A Star (Hall And Oates) Produced by Todd and it features him on guitar. God Said Someday We'll Know (Hall and Oates with Todd on vocals.) The Last Ride The Waiting Game ...what follows are my additions. The songs selected are a chronology of TR's Nazz/Solo/Utopia tracks (one per release). Not necessarily meant to be a "Greatest Hits" mix, but tracks that I think Anxiety would enjoy based on my limited knowledge of certain things he likes musically.

i will dig into this soon. in fact, i think i already have several of those albums accessible at home...i remember growing up seeing a bunch of those albums, so i'm sure they're still in the family collection somewhere. the only album i'm especially familiar with, though, is "something/anything". that, and a rhino one-disc best-of anthology that i picked up a few years back. so thanks for the primer!!! | |
