I agree. Michael was about happiness. This wasn't what he would've wanted.... "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Today, at the age of 21, I took a drank for the first time. Vodka is fucking disgusting! I said it before, only losing someone I cared about would be the ONLY reason I would drink some alcohol.... Well, Mike...I was right, huh! RIP my friend.... Crown Royal and Dr.Pepper is a better drink than Vodka. yo ass should've told me! My homeboy and I were listening to HIStory disc 1 and drank some grey goose with some Shasta lemon lime soda mixed. Shit was nasty, I couldn't even drink half We're going to club this Friday to dance the feeling of sadness away. I think that is what Michael would've wanted. I started dancing because of him, and I'm gonna dance in his memory "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Madonna was making plans to take to the stage for a one-off performance with Michael Jackson at his 50-date London residency-and hasn't been able to stop crying since his death. I apologize in advance for the ridiculous length of this post. I have put off posting in this thread until I could come to terms with my grief over the loss of Michael Jackson. I rarely post at this site only choosing to jump into a conversation if I feel I have something to add to the discussion, but not this time, I just want to give voice to the emotions that have been beating against the walls of my heart since around 2 oclock on Thursday when I heard that Michael was being transported to the hospital. The second I heard, like so many other people, I just knew he was gone but waited for confirmation, wanted to pretend that a major part of my youth hadn't been torn away and that my heart wasn't broken. But he is gone and my heart does ache.
It seems funny, but my memories of Michael Jackson are anchored firmly to memories of roller skating (yes, good old fashioned quad skates, which at the time were just called skates because there was no such thing as roller blades). You might role around the floor as the sound of whatever other 45's the dj chose to spin filled the air, but when the Jacksons collectively and even more so, Michael solo, filled the air you skated! I overcame my painful shyness when "Shake your body down to the ground" or "Working Day and night" came on, Of course the groves just kept coming and by 1982 I had skated and danced to every song on Thriller. In the mid 80's I joined the military and the music I listened to changed and I found my tastes going to darker and more provocative places that Michael's music couldn't follow me and the Bad album was the last of his albums I ever purchased. But never has his music failed to get me to the dance floor regardless of how many songs I danced to immediately before it. In the first few beats of "Don't stop til you get enough" I am transformed from a man of 43 to a boy of 16 and the music sets me free again. In many, many ways Michael Jackson and skating set me free from my shyness giving me the confidence to find happiness in a world that, because of my shyness, often terrified me. It has been over thirty years since I first started skating and dancing and it is hard for me to believe that the man whose music provided the sound track for that critical time in my life is gone now. But when the music no longer brings tears, I will slip the "Off the Wall" album on to the spindle of my antique turntable and dance and shout... Thank you, Mr. Jackson. May heaven bring you the peace that fame never did.

Tabloids were offering upwards to $100,000 for a photo of a deceased Michael Jackson. Rumors are circulating that people from Jackson's inner-circle are being offered large sums of money to pen a tell-all, describing his last days. Miscellaneous: Inquiries have been made into the 50% share Jackson owned in the Beatles catalogue. People are also wondering who will inherit the MJJ publishing catalogue which contains songs from Michael's solo albums. Who will get custody of his kids? And cremation rumors are running rapid.
REACTIONS TO MICHAEL'S DEATH (FAMILY & FRIENDS) Allegedly, when Janet Jackson was informed that Michael had died. She went into hysterics and started screaming and crying. We have also been informed that Katherine Jackson collapsed and had to be carried. She's currently under a doctor's care. Joe isn't holding up too well either. Diana Ross is devastated and in total disbelief over Michael's unexpectant death. Liz Taylor is crushed and had planned to fly to Europe to support Michael on his comeback tour. Liza Minelli is in total shock. what is wrong with this world, countthedays? They did the same thing when Elvis died. One of Elvis' cousins accepted an offer for 50000 to take a picture of Elvis in his casket. I hope Michael's family will be more honorable and that no picture of Michael at rest will make it to the cover of the Enquirer.

Damn, what the fuck did MJ do to inspire this much bottomfeeding? Even the motherfucking Nation Of Islam. • Did you first think Prince was gay? •
Wendy: He’s a girl, for sure, but he’s not gay. He looked at me like a gay woman would look at another woman. Lisa: Totally. He’s like a fancy lesbian.

I know how painful it is to loose this beautiful man....I can barely speak, but I must share with you his reason for getting on stage once again. It wasn't for money or to relaunch his career...it was to send the message that we must HEAL THE WORLD, before it's too late. He wanted to let us know that we have a four year window to get it right, to start walking the highest path, or we will loose the earth. "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. Try plain old vodka & cranberry next time... & I didn't even know they still MAKE Shasta, good Lord keep that shit away from yo lips!
