Yes I like her, Grace Jones is cool! She's Bishop Noel Jones' sister, he is a bigtime T.V. pastor in California. He was the pastor that the Debarges did a concert with, back in 07 I believe. Lisa Coleman recently mentioned on Twitter that Grace Jones being close by in a nearby recording studio or something. I replied back to her and said "If you can sing 'Head' for years, you could totally pull off 'Back Up To The Bumper'." we both agreed that Grace is awesome. Interesting note: When Grace was a presenter on the Europe MTV awards in 2008, someone mentioned her age. She said she didn't count time or pay attention to clocks. Sounded awfully familiar. | |

I really got into her this and last year with both her hits plus her excellent new album, "Hurricane". If you can find it at a low price like I did, "The Ultimate Collection" is a great overview (even if it doesn't get it 100% right). | |

When I was a kid, she used to scare the dickens outta me, but in a good way.  That woman is a true original and fully an artiste.
