It's what he did during Dangerous and history too. He wasn't using the straightened look during his world tours, even if that's what he preferred to look like in private and in most of the promotional shots.

agreed.. this is the best he has looked for some time, and shows a lot of promise for the o2 gigs.. he looks healthier than he has done since like 1997.

That's his real hair (with some extensions obviously).

I always thought he had went bald later on, and thought that's why he started he wearing wigs frequently.

I guess I was wrong.

Perhaps it was more to do with the wig being more easier to use and maintain compared to taking care of the actual hair.

He obviously must have really short hair, and they added extensions in.

but anyway, yeah, he whore a wig during the HIStoury time as well, and then, for the tour, he put it off. I always, always secretly was sure he would do it this time also.

Looking at his brothers I could never think that he was bald.

Now his actual hair is probably dyed and has extensions but it looks fine.

Not a new look to me. I didn't like it the first go round 15 years ago.

I love his new look! Such an improvement over the straight wig. This is the best he's looked in years. Hope Mike sticks with this style. It really suits him.
