I don't get the question. I know tons of funky white musicians: Thomas Dolby; Medeski Martin & Wood; Wa Wa Nee; Stock, Aitken & Waterman; Peter Gabriel; Doyle Bramhall II; the Peterson family; Stevie Ray Vaughan; Jonatha Brooke; Wendy & Lisa; David Bowie; Harry Connick Jr. Numerous more examples of white not equaling the absence of funk.

I'm probably looking too deeply here, but flip the colors and some Orgers would be clamoring for someone to be banned.
