Yeah Yeah Yeahs- Zero One of the most intriguing bands of the decade for me has been Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I think previous decades may have made a star out of Karen O, but I digress. Like many others, my first exposure to them was their brilliant single from 2003, "Maps". I quite like a few other songs of theirs, but their new single is about the most joyous thing I've heard in a long time!

There are albums like Blitz and the new Bat For Lashes where I know I'm going to get them anyway so rather than hunt down songs in advance, I'd rather just be surprised when I play the disc for the first time. | |
