Michael Jackson has not yet announced plans for a US Tour, but he is currently playing shows in London at the O2 Arena. So there is plenty of speculation that ”the King of Pop” will eventually cross the pond and embark on a North American concert tour. The question we want to know is: would you go see Michael Jackson in concert if he plays your city or a city nearby?

I have my tickets for O2 in Feb. I feel though, that depending on how well the shows are received after the first 3 months of performances MJ will announce a US tour for 2010 with tickets going on sale in the Sept - December time off. Would make sense, build on the excitement of the first block of shows, announce a US tour, wrap up the remaining 2010 O2 dates, then tour the states over the summer of O2.

Personally I would rather jump to the US (i'm in Australia) to see him in LA or NYC or Vegas.

But yeah, it would have been epic for those dancers (even the ones who didn't make it) just to be chosen from thousands of headshots and then to get to dance in front of Michael.

It must have been the most incerdible experience - to audition for Mike, not even talking about those who were chosen. Just reading about it is exciting.

Some people are claiming he hasn't done it yet.

Others say he has but that the doctor who did it is not listed....

Does anyone have any light on this??

Michael Jackson is currently rehearsing his performance of Man in the Mirror for his upcoming This Is It concert series. Last week, I told you how the self-titled "King of Pop" plans to clone himself while performing the song Dangerous. Now, I can reveal what will take place during the Man in the Mirror performance.
Michael will be heard repeating "I'm gonna make a change," while 3D holographic images of people Mr. Jackson considers "evil" walk out on stage: Madonna, Hitler, Tom Sneddon (Santa Barbara County D.A.), Tommy Mottola (former head of Sony Records), David Duke, George W. Bush, and some others. They slowly dance as he sings the first verse of the song. Then, Michael presses a button and they all appear to be electrocuted, eventually fading away. They are soon replaced by images of people Mr. Jackson considers saints: Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Elizabeth Taylor, Mahatma Gandhi, and others. These people sing as the "choir."

"Whether or not you agree with who the good guys or bad guys are, the performance is really impressive," the source tells me. "This is also one of the few songs that Michael will sing completely live." The source goes on to tell me that Michael's voice isn't as high as it used to be, but it is still very impressive.
