Plenty of people are skinny without having substance abuse problems. I can't say for sure whether or not Winehouse is getting better, but she does look healthier IMO.

Her frame bears all the hallmarks of a typical junkie. I have seen her in the flesh many times, and she used to have a healthy figure. She looks absolutely awful in real life, emaciated beyond belief...she's only about 5 foot. I have also had friends who were junkies so I know what I'm talking about. Grow up.
