One of the photographers at the end looks like Clint Eastwood! eek

For moment I thought it was! lol

It is weird because she does very well in front of the camera in videos.

I wonder why so many singers, doing well in music videos aren't as good in acting--not that Britney is a bad actress because I have no idea. I find there are those who are so good like Madonna. Madonna has had her success in movies, but I mean she is not as successful as I would think she could be?

it was a different costume. no one would have know about the malfunction had she not been broadcast over the PA system. costumes rip and tear on tour all the time.

Oh.. I didn't really watch whatever happen. But I did see that picture I was talking about where her leg was up in the air! She is very flexible and strong. I think she holding her leg up there like you know that figure skater Sasha Cohen(??) It was pretty impressive.

Brit's a great dancer. That's what got her on the Disney Club was her dancing ability. Brit and Xtina had a friendly competition on the show over best dancer or singer.

I like how Fox had two sides represented...obnoxious conservative and annoying conservative. I hope the song is another number one (or at least top ten). At least they told this Megyn she is a moron, though!

Yeah im tired of hearing this bullshit about "Britney has little girls that Idolize her" NO SHE DOESNT! The little girls that idolized her are now 25 years old, and Brit is pushing 30, the media is so full of shit. They complain about this and then show Hard on pills during times when "kids" watch tv, double standards all the way around.

Shit video. Did they spend about $2? Yikes.

The song is still uber hotness, but it deserved better.

close to being my least favorite song on the album, i dont hate it, but it was one of the first that leaked and it never stood out, def not a good single choice, though the "scandal" is pushing it. The video is cheap because it should be, anyone spending money on videos now is a moron, no one is playing this video anyway, so why bother.

no one is playing it because it was a 24hour exclusive for Virgin Mobil for 03/12/09

If there's anyone's videos people would still spend money on it's Britney's.

It's already got a stack of views on youtube.

Actually, it is pretty clever. giggle
If Prince had done it, people would be calling it genius.

I don't get the "clever" part - she's naughty on the inside but putting on a "good girl" show on the outside.

Isn't clever supposed to be a little more subtle or am I expecting too much?

God, I hope Unusual You is the next single.

I was in at Target when "Blackout" was out and browsing the CDs. There were to teenage girls looking at the CD and saying "Britney new one" and than either "She's gross" or "Ugh". Britney is mostly getting "kids" around her age buying her CDs, which is kind of crazy since most teen stars don't have their fans grow up with them. I think that is what is happening with her.

Purple, I also hope that "Unusual You" is the next single. That is a really well written song and has a great sound.

What does that have to do with the idea of the song being clever? Nothing. Its a clever concept. Like I said, if Prince had done it, this whole site would be screaming "ITS GENIUS" and "He's BACK!"
That was my first time actually hearing the song and I probably wouldn't have thought about the "If You Seek Amy" thing if it wasn't spelled out so clearly from the news clip. She really did own the news media with this one. I'm no Britney fan, either. I'm just giving credit where its due.

Exactly her fan base now is older, which is why she doesnt sell 10 million like she did when she came out, its a natural thing, your fans grow up, its just like New Kids on the Block or any other "youth" craze when the artists gets older. She has held a good portion of her base which isnt that easy to do, especially in the POP market. But this goes for any artist, that has had some sort of longevity and a career. I know people are still saying "her 15 minutes are up" but in reality its been 10 years, so give it up already, if you dont dig her, cool, i didnt think her albums were strong until she matured, can she sing, no, does her voice support her sound, yes, just like madonnas voice does and janets does and jlo's does, etc...they are pop stars, once again we have to learn to seperate that

I agree on "Unusual You" it should be a single, i have heard various "artists" say that they love this song, and its artists that we all give "props" to on this site.

nod highfive I agree with you 100%. After Britney started going on dates with that paparazzo, she damn sure shouldn't be opening her mouth and complaining about her bad press. Her space cadet ass was inviting paparazzos aka "legal stalkers" into her home and serving them drinks. I don't care how lonely, bored, and mentally-off she was at the time; the girl is a straight-up fucktard...and was one before the doctors dubbed her mentally ill. She really doesn't deserve all the sympathy and admiration that she's getting IMO.

Probably more something to do with being DRUGGED by a stranger. That Sam Lutfi guy was the one calling the paparazzi. He was buddies with all of them and used to tell them exactly where to go. He used to crush up all sorts of pills and put them in her food and drinks. This didn't stop until her father stepped in so I find it unfair of you to blame her for that. And to continue to be stuck in the past about it. She's better now, get off her back!

She's not even getting all THAT much sympathy so really, what are you talking about?

Honestly, who gives a crap what some dumb celebrities choose to do. What the hell does this have to do with this topic anyway? This is about a wardrobe malfunction Britney had on stage and you come in and rant about Paris and Nicole calling paparazzi - WTF is wrong with you?

Apparently, these dumb twats actually believed that they could turn the media on and off like a light switch when they felt like it. falloff lol Obviously, that wasn't the case after all those videos and pics of them doing dumb shit started appearing all over magazines, TV, and the internet. All the bad press and public scrutiny that they have received over the past few years they all brought on themselves so I don't feel the least bit sorry for any of them.

And you've said this in HOW many threads now? Seriously, we ALL get it, you feel as though you shouldn't feel sorry for them. GREAT. That still has nothing to do with this topic.

lol Wow, you really wanted me to respond to you because you quoted me twice, so here's my response to your unwavering defense for Ms. Spears: comfort Have a pleasant day. cool

1. I don't find anything clever about the song. She's 27 with two kids and she's singing some cheeky schoolboy chant? Please.

2. I'm sick of her singing about sex all the time. Womanizer and Circus were a nice change from all her sexual songs, even if the videos were somewhat sexual.

3. If I saw a Prince video like this NOW, there's no way in hell I'd say he's back or it's genius. He's had vids similar to this in the past and they're boring, too.

4. I just don't see anything that amazingly clever about the video. She's still a bad girl on the inside and putting on a fake face for the media. GREAT. That makes her look SO good...rolleyes

Exactly her fan base now is older, which is why she doesnt sell 10 million like she did when she came out, its a natural thing, your fans grow up,

Her fans aren't THAT much older...probably 16-25.
