Great band. I like them better from their earlier, more rootsy days (get Live and Direct) but their later stuff is certainly good too.

Aswad weren't the only band who went from roots/reggae to a much more pop-based sound combined with reggae riddims. IMO the ultimate exampe of this is UB40. Maxi Priest too. | |
