Hype yes for sure. It's the way the business operates. Will he pull it off. Time will tell. But to count him out before he even starts is a big ask.

And 50 shows is over 5 months - and in my opinion it is doable.

I hope all those that are already calling it a failure own up to being wrong if MJ delivers.

And yes, I'll be flying across and going - and if it is woeful I will be the first to say so. But I believe you can't comment on anything until it happens. It's like saying Lotus Flow3r will bomb before even hearing it.

I'm not asking for MJ haters to be positive, just be open minded.

As for why just London - rumours are that this is just one residence he will hold in the next 12 months. With potential for another in the States. If he does I think it will be more of a respectable number of shows like 20 in one location like NY, LA, Vegas.

I'm asking the same thing - i'm giving it to the hour mark then i will hold off. And see closer to the date of my first show what is available. There is of course the risk of getting nothing - but also a chance that with a flood of tickets for sale once all rush has died down tickets prices on viagogo will correct themselves.

I mean I got floor seats last night for 75 pounds through the official presale so i don't see why I should pay 1,000 pounds for 4th tier seats as some people are asking.

RE: prince tickets, i do recollect some being released in the days before the cocnerts I attended. What I don't know is about when they were FIRST released after the initial mad rush.

30 mins and told no floor tickets for 10 July.

now waiting julst to see list of dates....

For July 10, it's now no longer possible to search as a regular user. Only American Expressed Preferred options are left. Is this normal? Will there still be more tickets released for this date?

for the last half hour i cannot even try and get tickets - when I click on MJ, the dates don't come and the page just says "processing"!
