George could easily release The Final Concert from '86 but his perfectionism won't let him mad

I doubt it's his perfection... It's just that he can't stand to see himself. Imagine you can't see yourself and have to edit a two hours show!

He could easily release DVD of his three tours and the Wham! tours.

In fact he should have done this back then, because he won't sell as much as he would have in the 80s and 90s.

In 1989 a Faith-Tour VHS would have been THE HIT!

Yes, George Michael is VERY insecure about his looks and also he's publicly stated how embarrassed he gets whenever he looks back at his old Wham performances from the '80s.

embarrased because he realizes how GOOD he looked back then, instead of looking constantly HIGH or SURPRISED to the point where he has to wear giant sunglasses at all times?

You'd better ask Yorgo himself to get the real answer, but just to take a stab in the dark I'd say it's cuz of how he was acting, what he was dressed in, his whole look with the bleached hair and dayglo. His whole image, really. Same with the "Faith" era with the leather jacket and torn jeans and what not. During an interview with Michael Parkinson in 1998, he said something like "sad as it is, that's how I used to walk around from day to day."

That one was originally recorded by Was (Not Was) in 1981 and featured on their debut album.

Mind you, the original version is kinda exruciating vocally. lol

Musically it's FUNKY as hell. cool

he's fat and wrinkly now. Looks WAYYYYY older than his actual age. But midn you: He whore shades in the 1980s as well. I don't understand why his shades are not darker you can see his wrinkles anyway.
