Ladyhawke

I'm Sure many orgers would love the Ladyhawke album.

Nearly every song is a winner Back of The Van, My Deilirum, Paris is Burning, Dusk Til Dawn.

This is the way pop music should sound, full of hooks, great basslines, Synths, guitars.

I love this record.

I like her! My roomate put me onto her.

She's really fun, captures the spirit of 80's pop/rock singers IMO. Really haven't heard anyone else presently that's tried to go for that particular sound, like solo Go-Go's mixed with Chrissy Hynde and Kim Wilde. Maybe Charlotte Hatherley?

"Better Than Sunday" is cool

Someone needs to make a John Hughes-esque teen film with Ladyhawke contribuitng to the OST. wink

I saw her in a magazine a bit ago, but forgot to check out her music
From what I'm listening to now, it's not bad music
If you will, so will I

I had read a few articles on Ladyhawke, but never picked up the album until this week. It's very, very good. I regret not getting it last year because it would have definitely made my best of 2008 list. Not a bad song on there really.
