In no particular order:
Velvet Rope Janet Rythem Nation (my honorable mention, and I don't care who agree's) I enjoyed Damita Jo. It had some great singles on there, yet it was trashed by the media, and blacklisted by MTV because of Nipplegate. If Ciara or Britney released this CD, I am willing to bet it would've been huge.
