Only in theory, and if you are the org's SUPRMAN.

Only in theory, and if you are the org's SUPRMAN. No, that's how it works. iTunes updates plays from the iPod unless you manually manage your music instead of syncing. That's one of the reasons I've never understood the fascination with manually managing it. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

It does for me each time I sync. I also have the last played showing on my ITunes and that's how I check to see that it updated. I look for songs I know I was listening to in the car or played at times I was not near my computer. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

According to last.fm, it's a song by Michael Giacchino from the season 4 finale of "Lost" whose name I don't even know. I call it "Oceanic Six Rescue." I can never listen to it just once.
Runner-up is my all-time favorite song, "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

without a doubt its Akon/MJ "Hold My Hand" leaked track. NO doubt! Seriously played the song possibly into the thousands getting hyped up for the non-existant release and video for the tune.
So badly wanted to see MJ come back but looks like that wont be until 2009 now (what a dumb thing to say when we are currently at December 25, haha, but it's still true)

Bits of Depeche Mode, Parliament and yes...even PRINCE. The album is outstanding. He hasn't received a drop of deserved exposure in US. I can't get enough of him. He also does a great jazzy version of Estelle's "American Boy", It's on Youtube, Slow Jazzy: http://www.youtube.com/wa...a6t2n1H7KU Faster live show: http://www.youtube.com/wa...m-J4vmAghE but I've yet to figure out how to embed stuff on this site. Why not just use playlists (smart or otherwise)? I have playlists of my favorite artists that always sync and then I have a couple ("Now Playing," "New Albums") that I sync and add/delete stuff from there as necessary. I also have a Christmas playlist that I sync this time of year and then stop syncing when the season is over. Anyway, now that you're syncing, all plays on your iPod should be added when you sync next. It won't retroactively add the plays when it was set to manual. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

There are a good 1/2 dozen classic songs on that album. Marching to the City is my personal favourite.

There was nothing interesting in 2008(or 2007 for that matter) and i'd rather listen to some oldies stuff.
Let's see if 2009 will bring something exciting.

Mine is "Heartbeat" by Madonna. Must have listened to it some hundred times.... It touches me deep, the haunting melody, the lyrics. Probably Opening Up by Chromoe 4 me Love it! Fancy Footwork has been in regular rotation ever since its release! My number 1 has definitely been Duffy's "Mercy". Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018!
