It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

The Gap Band were great. Like many other funk groups, they could bring on the hard funk and put a great slow jam or two (no adult contemporary shit) on the album also.

I just love the Gap band. Just can't get enough of Uncle Charlie's voice and they were really funky. Early in the morning is that shit man.
My fave track from them is "season's no reason to change".
GAP BAND IV is perfect from start to finish.
I don't have any albums after V. Are they any good?

I didn't buy any of their albums after "V - Jammin'". After that, I only bought the 12 Inch "Beep A Freak" and the 45 "Zibble Zibble (Get The Money)". The late 80s had kicked in by then and everyone was getting weaker.

My fave has got to be

..."Outstaaaaandin', girl you knock me out" music

They have several good songs, but that one just does it for me everytime. I love "Outstanding".

"You Dropped A Bomb On Me" is second, followed closely by "Early In The Morning".
"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ heart

"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always heart

Hey everybody! Thanks for your appreciation for the Wilson brothers. But I just realized I missed a song from my countdown. It's one of the best ever. Humpin' is in my countdown. Sorry for that. I would put this in place of Zibble, Zibble, although I lovw this song as well.
Peace and be wild!
