I LOVE HER. She is my CHICK right now. "Just Dance" + "Poker Face" IS. MY. SHIT. @ PARTIES. That song is viral, I know. RedOne produced the hell out of it.

I hurt my toe running to the dancefloor for "Just Dance" one time @ a party in Brooklyn, but it was worth it. *____* I've been playing "Just Dance" since early summer -- the song hit first here b/c she's a local act and it was big in this region. It just took off nationally fairly recently.

GaGa came up through the New York club scene much like Madonna did in the early '80s [doing nightclub gigs, playing with local bands, etc]. She's to this generation of New Yorkers what Madonna was in the early '80s. A big difference is she has a MUCH stronger push out the gate and her label is really behind her.

I WAS @ THIS CONCERT. I loved it. I was a sweaty, fucked up mess after this was over from jumping so HARD and screaming. *_____* I had to change my shirt in the bathroom @ the Highline. My friend who was with me can vouch for me.

And OMG, I met Space Cowboy -- god, I loved it. How COOL is that? lol Even he was like "damn, somebody in America knows who I am?" lol [Yes, I get into artists like that *_____*]. No one on the org is really familiar with him, but he produced "Star Struck (feat. he + Flo Rida)" and is now part of the Haus of GaGa -- they've developed a musical camaraderie and he's part of her tour as a DJ and arranger. Plus, he produced my favorite album of '08: Nadia Oh's Hot Like Wow.

It is similar to early days of Madonna, but more to the Early days of Berlin and Missing Persons coming up in Orange County. Berlin especially, best thing for Lady GaGa is too NOT blow up mainstream, because it will take her down quicker than anything.
