Any thoughts on Kanye's new musical direction? Personally from what i've heard so far I like it! I'm happy to seeing him going more "pop"! I know a lot of his fans are probably dissapointed but good for him for trying something new. I've wanted to like his music but couldn't really get into it until now. I will be getting his new album!  | |

I have a ton of respect for him and although I still on the fence about some of the songs I've heard, I believe this is something he has to do. Alot of these songs are filled with loss and confusion.
He's releasing "Good Ass Job" in June which is the continuation of the College Dropout series "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world." |

I think it sucks! Everyone is jumping on the auto-tune wagon, and it is getting tiresome already. It's bad enough that T-Pain and Akon has their whole career based on it, and now Kanye is being lazy as well! Hate it. | |

Is the whole album through the vocoder? I can’t believe how people are overkilling this thing. I’m not really impressed with what I heard. The vocoder gets tired real quick, the music is pretty weak and it’s not as if he can sing. I don’t quite get it. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |

I cant get into him because he is such an annoying person, and that does have an effect in the end, if i cant stand you as a person for the most part, i have no patience for anything you do. I'm really impressed with Love Lockdown but I don't like Heartless. I think it's good he's taking risks and it was cool to see him toning it down in a song for once.
He says he's always used auto tune though... | |
