Nope. I saw the damn thing on the tv news. You see him hold a baby from pretty high, then he throws a blanket to the crowd.

You know, I think he may be abusing prescription pills again. The drowsiness on the stand was similar to what preceded his stay at the Betty Ford Clinic -- he was in Mexico for a trial, and people remarked on his sleepy appearance. A few days later, he went into rehab. People who abuse painkillers are often careless and impulsive.

I couldn't care less about all the bullshit that surrounds MJ.
The simple fact is that it takes one fucked up asshole to stick a baby over a 4th floor fuckin railing. See the kids legs all over the place, and the bloody sheet over its face.

Man, anyone who can condone that kind of behaviour is one starstruck fool. If that was you or I, we would have our kids taken from us by those helpful Social workers.

No... unless you mean the ignorance that is coming from you... this picture and actual video from this was all over the internet, all over the news (CNN, FoxNews, Headline News), and is the leading off every local newscast here... this isn't a fake... the man has lost his fucking mind!!!

Please do not try and defend this guy...

I'm not defending him..I didnt know it was taken from actual video. It seemd like a tabloid pic. I stand corrected on that part. It is plainly obvious that they should kill him immediately.

Y'know, I've never believed that MJ was a child molester (doesn't fit the profile), and I think half the shit written about him is utter baloney. That having been said, WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING WITH THAT BABY???!!!???!!!

Man, he should stick to raising chimps. At least if he dangled Bubbles over the ledge, the monkey might turn around and bite him!

That's cool. But wouldn't it be smarter to hold the baby inside of the railings? Big babies are NOT easy to maintain a good grip on.

Maybe he was gonna throw babies out to his adoring fans? Y'know, like Prince throws out guitar picks and tambourines? MJ doesn't play any instruments, so maybe he thought "hey! Nobody throws babies to their fans! I could be known as an innovator again! Shamon!"

FB, you obviously do not have children of your own, because if you did you would know that no matter what his reasoning may have been, it is NEVER acceptable to place a child in harm's way...NEVER!!

If I had ever done anything even close to this my wife would have shot me before I could say "but baby I was just (BANG!!)"... catch my drift?

This is a VERY VERY disturbed individual who has NO business having or even being around children... he is but an overgrown child himself! No concept of the reprecussions for his actions.

It's also an extreme departure from his habit of shielding his kids from publicity. Try to imagine Madonna dangling Rocco from a balcony.. lawd!

I was at work today, so I didn't see this news item until 6:00 this evening. Needless to say, I was shocked . . .

Luckily, MJ didn't drop the baby -- but as I watched the video, I noticed this: as the baby is being lifted over the railing, MJ shows no concern that his/her leg gets caught (both on the way out and back in). He basically SLAMS the kid over the railing! All the while grinning his deformed grin.

His children are merely props -- talking versions of Bubbles.

Just to clarify... I did not mean to imply that one must have children to understand how wrong it was for MJ to to this... I just wanted to clarify that the action in and of itself was the problem, not to mention that it was being done by it's "father"... simply obsene in every way!!shake

Michael Jackson REALLY is a HUGE FREAK! This guy needed help a long time ago. He is not odd or eccentric, he is throughly messed up.

How many sane men or women would want to own the Elephant Man's remains?

How many sane men or women would want to butcher(that's right butcher) their face until they look like a living skeleton?

How many ADULT men would want to spend their free time hanging out with little boys at their home and watching tv with them in their bed?

How many sane men or women would endanger their child by hanging them over a balcony?

How many sane men or women would walk around with a surgeons mask on an ordinary day? Please don't retort with he has some sort of breathing problem, because plenty of people do and they don't need a surgical mask. I would say a minority of people with health problems wear them.

Damn! I could go on and on and on. FREAK!

I wonder about the pills too. I've been on vicodin and percoset before, and listening to him talk, he sure sounds like I feel on those drugs. Sort of sluggish and spacey. Which, of course, makes it MORE frightening that he's dangling a child over a balcony, not less.

I still feel sorry for him.

He's adopted.

not according to what it says on Yahoo news...

"Little is known of Prince Michael II beyond what was reported in People in August. The boy is going on nine months old, is nicknamed "No. 3" and was not adopted, according to the magazine. There is no word on the child's mother."

"No.3" sounds like a real nice nickname normal people give to their kids, too...

just saw the video clip. i can't believe some of the same people who were outraged by the kid getting beat in the back of her mother's SUV are defending MJ in his latest display of insanity. lemme guess, if MJ was caught on tape beating his kid in the back of his SUV, you'd defend him then, too...

People leave their babies in prams outside shops. Is that not irresponsible? People throw their babies playfully around. Is that not irresponsible? People have their babies strapped to their bodies whilst walking through snow, all it takes is one slip and that child's head could be smashed open. Is that not irresponsible?

For fuck's sake, it's a big deal b'cos it's MJ.

I can't believe how so many of you are so twisted with hate for a person. It's not like he's Hitler. Fuckinghell!

Okay, after seeing the video, I do think MJ was just trying to show the baby to his fans. He was excited, and got a little careless. That having been said, you can't be a "little careless" when you are a parent. The guy's like a little kid himself, not really fit to be rearing kids. I don't believe that he's a child molester, or any of that crap, but I do think he has serious mental and emotional problems. Its obvious that Michael, and his siblings, endured some major abuse as children. Their erratic behaviour is way too telling. I am, by no means, "hating" on Michael. I truly pity the guy. I think its really sad that someone could be that talented, and that beloved around the world, and still be so miserable.
