It's the beginning of the day, so to kep things relaxed, I'm going to listen to radio online, something not too rambunctious. For that I listen to my favorite r&b DJ in New York on WBLS 107.5, "Champaine". With the time difference between central Europe and New York, she's actually playing music for "the graveyard shift", but it's perfect to start my mornings with because it's not over jolted with beats. It's heavy on classic r&b and slow jams. I'm pretty sure she'll be throwing out some slow tempo O'Jays and Earth Wind in a minute. If she goes uptempo, she'll usually dig waaaaay deep, and pick out some obscure cult-favorite that'll be some vintage house track from New York's 70's party heyday, very feel good stuff. | |

Album of the year so far IMO. Wonderfully produced by Marius de Vries (Bjork, Neil Finn, 'Moulin Rouge') who seems to turn out to be my favourite contemporary producer. | |
