So you've said a thousand times.
Yet you seem to have no problem with Madonna working with current producers or having guest stars on her album.
Funny that.

Madonna's previous three albums ('Music','American Life' and 'Confessions...') didn't have any "hot" producers or guest stars. She doesn't do the "commerical" thing on every album. You'll have to find another way to attack her, lol.

Whoa! I'm not even attacking Madonna. Chill. lol
And to say Madonna's music isn't commercial is just... falloff

Forget Madonna....don't you agree that Mike needs to do something different for a change? As a fan, wouldn't you be thrilled with a kickass acoustic performance by him? Stripped down versions of "Human Nature"...."I Can't Help It"...."Whatever Happens"??

All I want is an album I enjoy as much as his last. That'll do for me.

I guess I'm more demanding than you are...lol...I like for my favorite artists to grow and evolve, and occasionally try some new beats and sounds. But that's just me wink

Well lucky for me that one of my favourite artists does evolve and modernize his sound, else everything would sound like Off The Wall. wink

Wouldn't that be amazing? lol And if he really must bring out some guest stars, how about Stevie Wonder during "I Can't Help It" and Carlos Santana on "Whatever Happens"? Isn't that more thrilling than Akon or NeYo?!

I think that's kind of unfair. All of Michael's albums have shown both vocal and artistic growth (Invincible less on the creative side, perhaps).

Michael wishes he could get Timbaland and Timberlake on board lol I bet he dances to "4 Minutes" all the time.

Weird isn't it how Maddy passes up an opportunity to work with MJ but years later works with an MJ wannabe.

Just saying. smile

What's even sadder is that Michael himself chooses to work with wannabees lol Ne-Yo's songs sound like second-rate MJ outtakes and I think that Michael recorded some stuff with Chris Brown...lol....

Michael will obliterate the charts, the airwaves, the tv, when he returns. He'll come back big. At least in europe he will anyway. I'm 100% positive of that.

The time is right.

So there! razz

What?? Neyo I can just about stomach, Akon I've gotten used to, but if MJ ever puts his vocals on the same record as Chris Brown, I'm turning in my fan badge. *sulk*

I actually think Ne-Yo's vocals would suit Human Nature quite well...

Chris mentioned it in an interview last year or so lol Said he was asked to contribute background vocals. He seemed very excited about it.

I'm listening to the new album right now.I admit, the track with 50 Cent has a good beat. And will.i.am's rap on "Face The Truth" is kinda catchy.....I could get used to this song! So far,my favorite song is the one with Jay.Z....and although I hate R.Kelly,he really came through this time."Dreamworld" and "I Could Be That Man" are good songs!!

Well, not really. Look at all the guest stars that were supposed to be on Invincible, but it turned out to be a very different album than what we were led to believe.

Yep, it'll have a great vocalist and uber-tight production. no doubt. That's all i'm bothered about, i don't mind a few guests, they usually bring it when it comes to working with MJ.

No,it turned out exactly the way many of us predicted: a big,glossy,over-produced album lol I don't think it's a total disaster (I like most of the slower tracks)but I know Michael can do better.

The song "In The Closet" was intended as a Michael/Madonna duet, but when she told Michael about her concepts for the video,he chickened out lol I think it might have been really interesting.

I heard that it was going to be an upbeat party/pop album with several guest vocalists. It was nothing of the sort.

And I don't get this over-produced shit when talking about Michael's music.
Over-production to me is simply using up so many tracks that there appears to be no space in the sound therefore making everything seem cluttered.
I don't hear that in Mike's music, he allows his songs to breathe.

I heard that Madonna described In The Closet by saying "I'm not singing that shit" and that's why it didn't happen. shrug
