Madonna's previous three albums ('Music','American Life' and 'Confessions...') didn't have any "hot" producers or guest stars. She doesn't do the "commerical" thing on every album. You'll have to find another way to attack her, lol. Whoa! I'm not even attacking Madonna. Chill. And to say Madonna's music isn't commercial is just...

All of Michael's albums have shown both vocal and artistic growth (Invincible less on the creative side, perhaps).

Weird isn't it how Maddy passes up an opportunity to work with MJ but years later works with an MJ wannabe. Just saying.

What's even sadder is that Michael himself chooses to work with wannabees Ne-Yo's songs sound like second-rate MJ outtakes and I think that Michael recorded some stuff with Chris Brown...lol....

Michael will obliterate the charts, the airwaves, the tv, when he returns. He'll come back big. At least in europe he will anyway. I'm 100% positive of that.
The time is right. So there!

I'm listening to the new album right now.I admit, the track with 50 Cent has a good beat. And will.i.am's rap on "Face The Truth" is kinda catchy.....I could get used to this song! So far,my favorite song is the one with Jay.Z....and although I hate R.Kelly,he really came through this time."Dreamworld" and "I Could Be That Man" are good songs!!

Well, not really. Look at all the guest stars that were supposed to be on Invincible, but it turned out to be a very different album than what we were led to believe.

Yep, it'll have a great vocalist and uber-tight production. no doubt. That's all i'm bothered about, i don't mind a few guests, they usually bring it when it comes to working with MJ.

No,it turned out exactly the way many of us predicted: a big,glossy,over-produced album I don't think it's a total disaster (I like most of the slower tracks)but I know Michael can do better.

I heard that it was going to be an upbeat party/pop album with several guest vocalists. It was nothing of the sort. And I don't get this over-produced shit when talking about Michael's music. Over-production to me is simply using up so many tracks that there appears to be no space in the sound therefore making everything seem cluttered. I don't hear that in Mike's music, he allows his songs to breathe. . [Edited 9/12/08 5:51am]
