If I made a scrapbook vilifying the Backstreet Boys as symbols of the terrible music that came after my time, and drew in quote bubbles around each picture of Nick filled with complaints about American gas prices, would it be art?

I do have a question about American gas prices: What, exactly, were you guys paying before that makes you think 40 dollars is expensive? I'm serious.

I haven't lived there for 2 years now. However, back in around 2000, it used to cost around $15 to fill up! Here in Australia, it costs me around $85-$90.
