Can't we just get rid of these fucktards? Forever? Send them back to The Mouse and Papa Knowles and make them stay in perpetuity? Why have we been allowing them to shit all over music for so long that they think this might be acceptable?

Here is what I don't get about people and these 2 (or others like them). You don't like them...you think they are garbage but yet you keep listening to their music...watching their youtube videos or videos on MTV.

I understand they come on the radio a lot (turn the station)...video channels (turn the station) or yet people click on a thread that says "Justin and Beyonce singing". I don't get that...I have no beef with either my personal hatred is for Mariah Carey...I can't stand her. But I could not tell you a song from her since Fantasy came out because I avoid her and her music.

I don't see why people even know songs from these 2 if you hate them so much? That means your listening to music from artists you hate and you think have no value...Why is that? Wouldn't it be less aggravation for you to NOT go out of your way to listen or watch? Again I know they are in rotation but a simple channel change and they are gone.
clever clever quotation - attention getting quote - sad yet witty remark - look at me! Im deep quote- song lyric about my ex cause that bitch stole my mp3 player! - line from movie I liked - Prince lyric - not very clever sig mocking other sigs

Maybe people like to be music critics, and have an open mind to see how people do. Wondering what the hypes about so they tune in, then tune off when they see its not to their liking.

I'm sorry but the fact so many people think Beyonce is great just shows the low standards of talent today. This girls voice is so shaky and it always sounds as if she if forcing every note to try to sound soulful. Why she is placed on such a pedistal, not only confuses me, it pisses me off.
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.

Easy for you to say. Performers like these are hard to avoid even if you try. It's one thing to personally avoid video and radio stations that play their music. But what about those of us who work in environments that play radio that we don't have say over the choice of station? Or in public spaces like stores that pipe in music? Should I switch off my sense of hearing for those times? How about those 8 million ad endorsements Beyonce and Justin are so fond of doing? Should I rip out the pages in magazines and turn the channel everytime one appears? How about musical events where artists actually worth watching are appearing? Are you saying that during Prince and Beyonce's duet on the Grammy's, I should have been changing the station every two seconds to avoid seeing her?

highfive Thank you, brother (or sister). It's good to know that someone else is actually aware of this too. To tell the truth, Justin sounds pretty good here. It's Beyonce who's voice makes your nerves grate. As usual, she is just OVERDOING IT! shake

I don't listen to Beyonce. I do have three Justin Timberlake songs. Sometimes I listen to stuff just to see what all the fuss is. Then I realize people like Jill Scott or Ledisi who can sing Beyonce's ass under a table but are not as cute but way more fucking talented will never truly get the fame they deserve and it pisses me off.

Okay. So I was listening to this "Until The End Of Time" thing on youtube and I am thinking that is a good drum track. And then I read it's a slowed-down sample from Raspberry Beret.

Had Beyonce done this with Michael McDonald, it would have been a better cover.

Kid Rock had SOUL...not Justin...it sounded so fake, and he was so stiff on stage.

However, there are some songs we do like from them. ANd yes we can critique their performance. There is nothing wrong with that at all. I like Chris Brown, but his performance ran out of steam so fast he couldnt even keep singing after dancing so much. He needs to have vocal control training while dancing.

I was switching channels and accidentally landed on Justin doing Marvin's "Got To Give It Up" and man, that dude Justin really can't sing any better than the average karaoke singer, in that lame falsetto of his, his voice sounded real weak. It's sad that these are the popstars of today.
