I don't like it much. I dig her slow songs better. She's not much of a Dance Floor/ uptempo type of chick, IMHO.

Christina Aguilera is releasing her first greatest hits collection – and the singer has readied two new songs for the album. She is offering a taste of one of those tracks, "Keeps Gettin' Better," which premiered on New York's Z100.com on Friday.

Due exclusively in Target stores on Nov. 11, the collection features another brand new song, "Dynamite," and re-recorded versions of her classics, "Genie In A Bottle" and "Beautiful."

Sounds like a leftover "Blackout" track.
tho' I battled blind
love is a fate resigned
memories mar my mind
love it is a fate resigned

Over futile odds
and laughed at by the Gods
and now the final frame
Love is a losing game

She's a tremendous talent. A bit over the top, but her live singing voice is pretty smokin'.

Her performance at the same Grammys that Prince performed with Beyonce of that song "It's Impossible" was .... stellar.

Yep, it reminds me of a mix between this :

and this :

Actually, it's a little TOO similar to Pink's song.

Once again, Xtina proves that while she has the voice, she wouldn't have a clue when it comes to originality.

I was thinking the same thing! But I figured it was something Linda Perry wrote with P!nk in mind, but maybe she turned it down or something shrug

to me this song lacks character. I don't believe anyone can or will remember it. That's teh difference between those "current babes" and Madonna - M. always comes up with memorable, catchy melodies although she might not have the talent others have. It's all about the songs!!

It´s an OK song.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Not really i think its because its gonna be an exclusive to one chain that they wanted something to seperate it from her albums, plus i think she would want to re-do something like Genie in a Bottle and make it sound more like her now as opposed to the teen she was almost a decade ago. Plus she is still recroding a new album for next year so these 2 new songs are probably just thing s that didnt fit that mood

I hate when they do shit like that. The point of buying the greatest hits sometimes is to not buy the album...and I don't own of her albums...I want the original hit versions. Rerecordings are misleading and selfish. More like what she sounds like now. Fuck that!
