Ok, my aunt and uncle will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary in October. To honor this occasion, my family is giving them an anniversary party. For one of the party favors, my cousins want to do a cd of songs from 1968. This is the list I have so far:

The problem I'm having is to get a good balance of male and female vocals. I see that there were not that many hits released in 68 from female vocalists. I also could use a little more "funk". Any help you can provide is appreciated.

BTW, I know that "We're Gonna Make It" is from 65, but it is one of my aunt's and uncle's favorites.
