The Pockets - Elusive Lady   It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

| 'Elusive Lady', 1 of their baddest cuts ever.
The vocalist vocals always reminded me of Cuba Gooding. Love this album :

The following cuts I played to death: Come Go with Me Pasado In the Pocket Elusive Lady I was kinda diggin' on 'One Day at a Time' also. Verdine White worked with them and co-wrote some of their stuff... but I guess you already knew that 
This is indeed a killer cut 
There's one thing that slightly bothers me though, the part where he says the lady is 'gentle like a swan'. Swans can be vicious motherfuckers

I know about The Pockets Awhile back,my friend burned me a CD of their greatest hits.It seems like they never got alot of attention back in the day. | |

They faded into obscurity as the eighties came along.
