I have a question for some of you guys (since some of you are like....super intelligent and are in the know). Does anyone know how the process works? Yeah, I've seen it on television, but I know that what we see on TV is TOTALLY different than the real audition.

I know that the auditions in Florida are coming up on the 13th of August. What I need to know is what is the time period between auditioning for the producers and auditioning for the judges.

FYI: I'm too old to try out for this show (nor would I ever consider it). I just need to know the info for other purposes.
